The women at the tourism office were very helpful with suggestions and information, plus I was able to purchase a replica of the owl plaques from the owl's trail.

You'll be welcomed by our staff in Gevrey-Chambertin and in Nuits-Saint-Georges to know everything you have to do and to see in Cote de Nuits, one of the most prestigious vinyeard in Burgundy. Follow the guide in the village, by feet or on electrique scooter. You also can call us to have information or to book a gateway.
Very well organized, very helpful, friendly staff. Centrally located. Excellent brochures available on the wines of the area and on wine-tasting opportunities, in English as well as French and German. We found the following brochures and maps particularly helpful as we visited the caveau Moillard for wine-tasting, as well as giving us some basic knowledge of the wines (and sparing beginners' mistakes) before ordering wines at lunch and dinner: “En route, Guide to wine-tasting cellars”; “The Climats: vineyards of Burgundy”; “From Terroir to ‘Climats’: Understanding Bourgogne Wines”; and “Burgundy Tourist Map.” Not that you will become an expert, but very well done. At least you will be equipped to ask the right questions.
