The Half-Day Tamar Valley Wine Tour is perfect for you and is inclusive of a local cheese platter and a complimentary glass of wine.  For the Half-Day Tamar Valley Wine Tour, we pick you up from your Launceston accommodation. You are then personally driven to each vineyard in our comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle by a fully-accredited, friendly guide. We usually visit up to four vineyards of various sizes and styles on this tour, but you set the pace. As with our full-day tour you will have the opportunity to meet and engage with winemakers and cellar door experts. You are able to take the experience home by purchasing wines at each of the vineyards we visit. Freight to your home is included and can be arranged if you wish. Following your afternoon out, we will drop you off at your Launceston accommodation. All your wine tastings, cheese platter and freight are included in the price of this tour.

The three hour tour is designed to educate visitors and enjoy the opportunity to observe th​​e native animals. This tour starts one hour before sunset. The walk follows a Grade 2 walking track and no bushwalking experience is required. The track has hardened and compacted surfaces that has a gentle hill sections and occasional steps. Please note 5.30pm is a notional time and changes during the seasons. See above link for sunset times.

Our tours include wine tastings at 4 cellar doors, and a generous lunch with wine. Our wine tours are fully inclusive and have repeatedly been awarded excellent reviews on TripAdvisor. We increase wine tasting pleasure by telling the backstory of the region, it’s vineyards and winemakers. Our group size is usually 8 guests or less with solo travellers and groups welcome. No minimum number of guests for our tour to start. All guests must be at least 18 years of age.
