Very poor customer service and condescending. I asked politely if they would price match with another local store and was told they could but the person who came to assist with the price matching appeared to be agitated by my request to price match. He treated me in a rude and condescending manner and with complete disdain. Did not purchase anything due to the attitude of the staff member.

We really enjoyed our Dolphin and sea life cruise with Rockingham Wild Encounters yesterday. The staff - Ian and Gabby- were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were really excellent at taking us around the bay to see and explain the wildlife but they were also very sensitive to the animals. Our family were really impressed and now we would like to do the swimming with dolphins experience.

Penguin Island is well worth a visit, I'd go as far to say that a visit to Rockingham is incomplete without a visit to the Island. We caught the 10am ferry with Perth Wildlife Encounters and spent a pleasant couple of hours on the island until returning at 12.15pm. We enjoyed our visit to the Discovery Centre and the feeding frenzy of the Little Penguins. Gulls of various species everywhere throughout the island and a squadron of pelicans occupying their territory. We managed some of the boardwalks and the climb to the hilltop lookout and views over the island and surrounding waters. No Little Penguins spotted in the wild.

What an amazing tour. Wildflowers and orchids everywhere - managed to get shots that were sharp - even of the smallest thanks to Anna-Mair. Locations were awesome - no crowds even on a long weekend ( they sure know the best locations) . Pinnacles were amazing at the golden hour and we were treated to a spectacular sunset with the Pinnacles in the foreground. A bbq dinner was followed by Astro - I finally got a shot of the Milky Way! A truly great day. Can recommend this tour and Capture the Light highly enough. Anna- Mair is a fantastic teacher. She is patient, easy to learn from and has a great knowledge of photography . I use a Panasonic and my partner a Nikon but this was no problem as she clearly know the cameras well and how to get the best shots. Thank you for an amazing tour. Would recommend them to anyone visiting Western Australia
