Paradise cave is the longest dry cave in Asia (located in Phong Nha – Ke bang National Park’s core zone. At the moment we are hosting Anastasia, a yoga and meditation teacher from the U.K. Her life mission is to awaken individuals to their true self and help them create a life of mindfulness and expansion. She holds BA in Philosophy and MSc in Psychology which she draws upon to make yogic practice accessible and practical for everyone. Her journey with yoga and meditation began in 2012 with an intensive study of Hindu and Buddhist spiritual philosophies; in 2017 she qualified as a yoga teacher with RYT Yoga Alliance. She holds a diploma in mindfulness and has been teaching meditation since 2015. She is also a practicing life coach, crystal healer and a Reiki master.
