I booked a domestic, international Meet and Assist transit service with your company for the first time. To say that I am very pleased with the service is to say nothing. I was met with a name placard just at the aircraft, taken by cart to a luggage pick-up area, and stayed at an arrival lounge for several hours to wait for my international flight check-in. Your customer service representative, Ajay, was extremely professional and attentive, really took great care of me as a solo female traveler with a few big suitcases, it was important to me to get an assist and feel safe during my transit time. When the time for my check-in came, another employee, Beny, with her colleague, accompanied me to the check-in counters and helped me go through all the procedures, taking me straight to my boarding gates. It was the best airport experience I had in India. Definitely worth every penny. Highly recommended!

To start our journey of heritage tour, our first step was, took a boat ride from The Gateway of India to the Elephanta Caves and the journey took just over an hour to get there. The back journey was about 45 minutes. When we arrived there, we chose to walk all the way but unfortunately there is a little train which takes us closer to the steps. The steps up to the caves are steep and lined with stalls selling souvenirs but even we didn't feel hassled at all. To enter the island we had to pay 15 rupees each then to enter the caves. The first cave that we saw was the most interesting

The Old Goa Heritage Walk revisits some of the most fascinating facts during Portuguese rule. When Old Goa was Goa’s former capital city, it was a thriving city even during prior to Portuguese times. It was the capital of the Bahmani Sultan Adil Shah empire. The Portuguese arrived here in 1510 under their commander Afonso de Albuquerque, and captured the city from Adil Shah, the ruler of the Bijapur Kingdom. They came to the East in search of trade and to eventually spread Christianity. In our Old Goa Heritage Walk, explore the some of the most historically significant buildings. Old Goa is a World Heritage site housing some of most grandest and oldest churches in the region. Among these are the Basilica of Bom Jesus which houses the remains of St. Francis Xavier. The imposing Sé Cathedral, the Church of St Francis of Assisi, the Chapel of St Catherine and the domed church of St. Cajetan.
Inclusions: A friendly English speaking Host, Old Goa Heritage Map, Entrance Fee

Excellent tour with Katienne, who made 2 hours fly by with anedoctes and historical facts about the quarter. I really found cute both the stop at the bakery and the fact that Make it Happen gives you the chance to send a postcard anywhere in the world, taking care of the shipping. Well done!

Our Honeymoon was so much more than we imagined. Quite nicely coordinated & planned. The driver was too polite and helped us to show all the scenic beuty of Kerala and made us buy good quality spices from Munnar. Our first stay was at Hotel CGH Merari. Even in the corona times, we had a very warm welcome at the hotel. The property was great. They had yoga, spa, butterfly garden private pool and what not. The food was superb. The other stay was in Munnar; Parakat Nature Resort. We had a premium room which had a 360 degree nature view and the food above all was too affordable and delicious too. We had a trek of 10kms arranged in Munnar showcasing all the tea plantation. The beauty was just mesmerizing. In the evening we thought of getting the Ayurvedic Massage. This was just icing on the cake. Also had the saffari tour, which showed approximately 5-6 main attractive points in Kerala. Overall the trip couldn't have been any better. It was a hassle free honeymoon tour. I would like to congratulate Bout India for customising the trip according to our wish, selecting the best hotels. They kept checking over call if we are enjoying the trip, we need anything else or not. That person touch they gave just filled my heart woth gratitude for them. I would 100 % recommend Bout India . Thanks to all for your wonderful support. Looking forward for future trips ????

Really fantastic day-trip. Just the two of us, together with our guide who seemed to be a bottemless pit of knowledge about the sites we visited and their history. But almost more importent to us was her willingness to share her experience and wealth of knowledge about everyday life in Goa today. Our only disappointment was that we were not able to enter the caves - especially having seen similar caves (in North Goa) on line. Not sure whether she felt we were too old to cope with the physical effort involved or the access was no longer possible. But it really didn't spoil the whole experience and we would recommend it to anyone interested in the historical and archaeological background to the region.
