Michael was a fabulous guide and took us on an amazing route with breathtaking views. He helped us choose a tour that would suit us, and even picked us up and dropped us off in Vienna. He was really prompt replying to emails when we were organising and quick to send us the photos he had taken along the way afterwards. I can’t recommend his service enough

We booked the half-day 4-hr private tour. Short version: Book it! Prompt arrival. Great English. Lovely car. Personable service. Locally owned. Remarkably efficient. Totally flexible/customizable. Detailed version: Chris was waiting on us right outside our hotel, driving a very nice black Mercedes. We were checking out of one hotel and being dropped off/checked into another at the end of our time together, so he loaded up our luggage. Right away we noticed that he was friendly, flexible and spoke great English. He is a native of Vienna and really knows his stuff. Our party was a family of 3 including our 8-year old son. We wanted to see as much as possible, but we did not have a detailed plan for how to spend our 4 hour, half-day together. After a quick 5-minute on what we’d already seen (which wasn’t much at that point), he devised a plan and we were off on a comprehensive journey through the city. We covered SO MUCH ground, stopping several times to stroll and/or take pictures. He explained details and history along the way. He even got a local sweet treat for my son to try, which he loved. We got recommendations for things we should do later in the day when we had a little more time which we did for a wonderful evening. It felt like we not only covered history and sites, but we got lessons in culture as well. This was money well-spent for a great overview of Vienna!

The guide was very friendly and answered all of the tour's questions. She was very knowledgeable about Bratislava's history and recommended some traditional food as well as a few local cafes and restaurants (we followed her guide and we loved the food, of course). The driver was also outgoing and seemed interested in Malta's culture, cuisine and lifestyle. We also had a change to stop by the palace on the other side of the road to see the beauty of Bratislava from a panoramic vantage point. I recommend spending 20-25 minutes here to take some photos. Overall I highly recommend this day trip if you have a free day in Vienna. You will probably feel quite tired after the excursion, so you can ask the driver to drop you by Stadpark for a superb end to your day. FYI: The driver will pick you up at your accomodation and will drop you off wherever you want in Vienna (which is a bonus). Thank you to the organizers and all of the staff involved!

The bus left on time, the tour guide was very informative and polite! The trip in Halstatt was well planned and the boat tour was a wonderful way to see the city in the most spectacular way possible! The bus was comfortable and the time off on the city by ourselves was a wonderful way to visit this small city in our own pace. It's a great way to visit Halstatt in a day trip with lots of background historical information on the city!!
