We considered searching for the cheapest place to rent skis/snowboard, etc. We wanted equip that could travel to Kirkwood as well as Heavenly, but we were not going to be skiing for each of the days that we were in town. I could not believe all the courtesies that they extended to make this awesome. First, the convenience of having them measure you and deliver to the hotel was unparalleled. I need to remind myself how good it feels to be catered to. The workers were pleasant to work with and could discuss the equipment as well as the mountain. They brought the equip on night one and then checked us out on day 4. They confirmed that we had only used the equip for 2 of the 4 days and only charged us for those at the end- again it was so darn convenient. But I forgot to mention the savior of the day. I realized at the last minute that I had left my ski coat in San Diego and they rented on to me for 25 bucks per day. This was so much better than the anticipated cost of buying a new jacket for the trip. Consider just renting jackets and pants if you are planning a trip and have not bought for your infrequent ski trips.

This was one of the best sightseeing trips I have ever had and I travel a lot. The views were so fantastic that I would love to do it again! I don’t say that about sightseeing much. The ebikes were so easy to use and I am an overweight senior citizen. I recommend this as a MUST if you are in the area. The manager/owner was so nice and friendly. He was so professional and made the trip perfect! I shall return.

5 stars. Great tour guide, Joe. Showed videos, explained our adventure all along the way. Great libations and food, breakfast lunch and snacks. COVID conscientious. Lively and knowledgeable and very likable guide. Nice buss too! However Type of visit, does not work.

Gorgeous views of Emerald Bay. Bundle up 'cause it's cold above deck when the boat is moving. The food is decent but the live band is unnecessarily loud.

COVID SUPER SPREADER EVENT!!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They oversold the tickets and packed the boat to the rim, so much so that there weren't enough seats for the many guest. Everyone was piled on top of each other. Although their website said covid restrictions were in place they absolutely were not. Masks were NOT mandated, many people were without masks sitting in extremely close proximity. It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience and I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone I know.
