Hòa Bình (Vietnamese: [hʷaː˧˩ ɓən˧˩] ( listen)) is a city in Vietnam. It is the capital of Hòa Bình Province, and located 76 kilometres from Hanoi, and 5 kilometres from the Đà River. The Battle of Hòa Bình was fought around the city from 1951–52 during the First Indochina War.
Hòa Bình Dam, the largest hydroelectric dam in Vietnam, and also the largest in South East Asia, is located near the city. It was built by means of finances and experts from the Soviet Union.

We had an excellent experience touring the major landmarks of Hanoi. We were able to see and learn about many aspects of the city in just one day. I just had a Tet holiday with my family at Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort. It’s a beautiful place with an infinity pool and bungalow rooms. The breakfast was delicious with many dishes both European and Asian. You can experience Hoa Binh lake right at resort by boat, kayak or bamboo rafting. The atmosphere here is very cool, quiet, really suitable for a family vacation.

do I was on the kayaking tour to Cat Ba with Umove Adventure and I had a wonderful time. Kayaking in Lan Ha bay is truly a lifetime experience. The tour guide, Mr. Thanh is very funny and knowledgeable. He is a skilled man when it comes to kayaking and he is very caring, for me and other tourists. The equipments they provide are in good quality, with dry bags and snorkeling set. I stay at a camping site near Cat Ba National Park for the night. The tent is very comfy with matress and fan and even wifi! Highly recommend!

I had a good trip with my friend. We started from Asia Group Tour office about 7.30 am. The room is verry clean, friendly staff and profestional guide After lunch at 12.30, we check in with deluxe bungalow. Wow, our room is so best, large, cool and have good mountain and fields view We start join bike trip about 2 hours through the Mai Chau village and green field. It's really good experience There is a plus point for the trip about Thai traditional dance after dinner, I tried dance with local people and drank "ruou can" In the second day, after have breakfast and check out, we leave Mai Chau and go to Pu Luong, I trekking in 3.5 hours, same about 7km through village and terraced fields After have lunch, I returned Mai Chau and back to Hanoi by bus Good exprience
