I have worked in corporate America for over 35 years and just semi-retired. My passion is travel, food, wine and bourbon. Uncorked Encounters offer unique experiences for our clients to encounter these passions - through food and wine pairings, Wine Tours, Bourbon Tours or bucket list vacations.
We cruise out into the middle of Cape Cod Bay away from all the lights where the skies are very dark. You will see thousands of more stars, a lot more meteors, and the Milky Way in vivid detail, meandering across the sky! The cruise departs at 9 pm and returns at 12 am. This is a ferry size boat. When the boat comes to a stop, everyone gathers on the open top deck and I use a light pointer and intercom system to trace out the constellations, discuss giant red stars, nebula, and more!
