2 days hiking in Inhaca. I went twice before to Inhaca on my own. this specific adventure allows you to access to some areas you would not know on your own. It was hard walking at the end of the day but while in the action you do not notice as you take your time and the team is always attentive. 3 or 4 team members were always with us one of them local from the island which was great as you could see he wanted to share the beautiful areas of his island with you. well organized and as I said access to some places where you would not go on your own

What characterizes these people is their complete open friendliness and constant smiles. Hlane is a very calm and welcoming place. This is the only chance to learn how to survive in the Desert from the first hunter gatherers and mankind in the Kalahari so rare and unique is this opportunity to learn from the Desert Masters. After having now gone on multiple safaris I can say that Bumhi safaris was truly an unforgettable experience. Tense and Ivana are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and they truly went out of their way to make sure that our trip was as comfortable as possible. We did a 1 week safari in the Kgalagadi transfrontier Park. Tende is an excellent driver and we always felt safe in his car. We saw a wide variety of animals including the honey badger, cheetahs, giraffe and of course many lions. The Kalahari is a unique spot for safari as it is more off the beaten path as compared with more popular spots such as Kruger. Nonetheless the scenery was certainly unique and we were not disappointed with the animals we saw. Only small downside is that afternoons were very hot and we did not drive around too much in mid afternoon heat. The campsites we stayed in all had pools which was much necessary. Food was absolutely amazing. Tende and Ivana go out of their way to make excellent home style food that is fresh every day. They even somehow made fresh creme brûlée during the trip which was easily the best dessert I’ve ever had on Safari! They also provided wine/beer for the entire trip which was very welcome. Both of them have eagle eyes for spotting wildlife and we saw waaaay more animals than we would have doing a self drive. Overall Kgalgadi is definitely an area of South Africa worth visiting and I would choose nobody other than Bumhi to take you on your journey!

A shared experience with The San learning their ways on how to live in balance with nature with natural materials and very little carbon footprint,If you love Raptors, rare little mammals and Big Cats then Kalahari is your destiny.

If you are looking for impeccably organized tailor-made holidays, then Bumhi Safaris is definitely what you need. Ivana and Tende, a charming couple behind Bumhi Safaris organized our stay in the Cape Town region. Well ahead of our trip, they inquired about our interests and sent a lot of useful information and suggestions. Once on the spot, everything was carefully planned and perfectly organized. There was a right balance between various activities, on one hand, and free time, on the other. Ivana and Tende were just great, very professional and very friendly. We really enjoyed their company. Tende is an extremely knowledgeable guide, visits to Cape Point or the Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden were a real crash course in the region's biodiversity. And he is also an excellent cook, he kept surprising us with his delicious meals. Wholehearted recommendation for Bumhi Safaris!

Great company that organizes outstanding tours in eSwatini with an authentic local experience in a short time. I was picked up from my hotel in CBD of Johannesburg (RSA) by Sicelo, another excellent guide, who collaborates with Myxo, an owner of the company and organizer of the tours in eSwatini, early in the morning and delivered to the country by car in about 4 hours. He assisted in all of the passport control procedures on the border and made the first part of the tour during the first day visiting Ngwenya Glass & part of Mbabane. Then Myxo took over on the next day guiding in Mbabane including the local market, Manzini, king's museum, ezulwini valley with craft shops & cultural village. Then in the afternoon Sicelo brought me back safe to Johannesburg. Thank you guys, I had a great experience and managed to see as much as possible in such a short time and enjoyed the country as well as your company.
