We did the Dog sledding Tour and it was the best experience ever. Ivar picked us up from the Hotel and we drove to the Dog camp. On the way he told us a lot of interesting things about Norway and we had some Photostops. We were really luck because on the way we could see free running Moose ???? At the Dog camp we met our Guide who was really nice and we could meet the Dogs. He showed us how to fix the Dog's to the sledge and the ride began. It was just amazing the nature and the Dogs. After the Sledding we got some coffee and tea to get warm. Then Ivar drove us back to the Hotel. He gave us also some tips what to do in Bodø. All in all I can really recommend this tour! ????

Hamarøyskaftet is one of the most characteristic mountains in Northern Norway. It’s less well known than Stetind and the summit is just 613 metres above sea level. Some alpine climbing is needed to reach the summit. Join us on a guided climb, and be surprised by how much fun this trip is! Hamarøyskaftet is not a very difficult climb, but you will still need ropes and guiding to reach the top. You must be comfortable with some airy climbing. Between the alpine sections, you will find large ledges to rest on while you enjoy the amazing views. When you reach the summit, you will be rewarded with views of the Vestfjord and Lofotveggen (The Lofoten Wall) – the line of mountains on the nearby Lofoten Islands. No rush. We allow plenty of time on this excursion, so we don’t have to rush.

Keiservarden is a real classic for the people of Bodø. This mountain plateau is Bodø’s most visited hiking destination and is renowned for the wonderful views of the city, sea and the Lofoten islands. Keiservarden is one of the best places to experience the Midnight Sun. Keiservarden is the number one hiking destination for many in Bodø. Keiservarden is 366 m above sea level and climbing to the summit is not a very demanding hike. The view from the top – you might be able to see the silhouette of the Lofoten, the islands of Værøy and Røst (the two outermost islands in Lofoten). To the east you will see the many peaks of the spectacular Børvasstind mountain range and the mountains near the Swedish border. Stone stairs – several alternative routes lead to the top. In 2016 Sherpas from Nepal built stone stairs along our route, which saves the terrain from wear.
