The wines, the generous tasting, the friendliness and helpfulness of all of the staff. We didn't have anything to eat.Platters, three different types I believe are offered. Give yourself time to enjoy the wines, the food and the setting. At the moment, this is an outdoor fascillity. The drive to the farm via the R326 is beautiful. A really worthwhile Wine Farm to call in to and enjoy being out of doors. We all enjoyed every moment. You pay for the tasting (not expensive) but the tasting fee comes off when you buy wines.

The golf course is in good condition and very challenging if you are not finding the fairways. The Karoo vegetation swallows any wayward shot. The hole designs are diverse and flow naturally with the land and the majestic mountain backdrops.

Karoo Desert Garden is a very different place than others of its kind due to its arid but special nature and very special succulent variety. In spring it opens up a colourful display of flowers from very special plants. At other times the shear battle of vegetation fighting to and managing to survive ensures a worthwhile visit. That is to say if you can appreciate what a lot of people overlook. The trails take you high up for splendid views of Worcester and the Breederiver Valley.

The Golden Valley Casino is a friendly, intimate casino situated in Worcester in the picturesque Breede River Valley. The casino has taken over an old Cape Dutch style home and, in true Golden Valley style, the place has turned to gold. Whether you’re enjoying yourself in the casino, relaxing by the pool, taking in a live show or enjoying a delicious meal, Golden Valley Casino will continue to surprise you.Just an hour’s drive from Cape Town, it’s the perfect getaway.Friendly staff and great service will make your visit one to remember and make you come back for more.
I love this casino, as its not overwhelming big, and winning here seems more frequent. They now have 24 hrs fast food at the bar, and I had toasted sami's, pie and Bunny Chow and all three was great. I love staying at the lodge. The service is good, the rooms are really clean and its quiet. One of my fav Hotels/ Lodges ever.
