Bold, rich oils on a raw backdrop of wood panel; elegant, classical figures with a provocative, erotic edge - Capetonian Kelly John Gough's artwork embodies a breathtaking joining of juxtapositions. Inspired by the human form, Kelly paints striking nudes with a composition enriched by chiaroscuro, exciting areas of negative space and the natural grain of his signature wooden panel canvas.

Paint. Draw. Eat. Bake. Think. Learn. Talk. Workshop. Freelance. Start a business. Lose yourself and find yourself at the same time.
Have attended these live drawing sessions for many years, and they're always very professional, with a welcoming environment from Anthony. Bianca is also a wonderful teacher who can teach many art mediums and to a variety of skills: from beginner to advanced.

This Saturday market was highly recommended to us and after our visit we understand why. Superior market goods, great dining options including the outstanding food market. Would have loved to bring things home, but Australia's customs regulation frown on this.

Really cool to combine this with Old Biscuit Mill for some great shopping opportunities. If I lived in Cape Town I could have bought so much for my house! Worth a visit for gifts (for others or yourself)

We had the best time with Jeremy (Tap Room Manager). He is very knowledgeable about the beer and entire brewing process. Super cool place excellent beer. I recommend the following beers Born Slippy, Happy Pils, Hazy Daze, and Acid Queen. After the tasting we went upstairs for dinner. Great food and service. I highly recommend.
