Well designed to fit all ages. Shopping is varied, food is balanced for selection, and it has a nice vibe. Relax and people watch, or enjoy outdoor dining in the summer. The big thing, always feels safe to walk anywhere in Station Park.

We attended a production at Centerpoint theater which was held in the Leishman Performance Hall, as opposed to the larger Barlow Theater. The performance itself was very good and I had no complaints about any of that. The seats aren't typical theater seats, they are stacking chairs that you'd find in a church or banquet hall. They're pretty uncomfortable. I don't know if the show we saw was much cheaper than seats in the Barlow hall because they were a gift. If I were to go back, I'd pay whatever extra was required to see a show in the larger theater.

We've enjoyed their services for years. Whether it is either of the pools (kids to competition), the weight rooms, cardio equipment, tracks, or the many classes, this is a nice gathering place for the family, and excellent location for a friendly workout. We've not tried the ice rink, but there are folks regularly there.

This is an update to a review we did almost two years ago when we rated this course low for their poor customer service. We can report that on this outing, Lakeside had vastly improved their customer service, and the course in general, was improved. The biggest difference was inside, where we encountered Verla, this wonderful women running the pro shop. She is the perfect roll model that every other golf course should study. She was extremely efficient in the way she checked us in and in the way she managed the play; all while being very warm and friendly. It is the type of treatment that makes you feel appreciated and want to comeback and play again. Lakeside is lucky to have a staff member like Verla. The course itself has also been improved. They have removed a lot of the thick weeds and bushes that lined the streams and lakes and overall maintenance has been improved. This is not a challenging golf course and the design is a result of being built in phases over the years, so there is a mixture of hole design types (and green types). However, what is here is being maintained well and was a fun course to play the day we were here.

I visited the Lost and Found Antiques shop last month to see what they had. The owner greeted us and was very nice. This shop has a few larger pieces, but the majority of antiques are Knick knacks and such. The prices are reasonable, and I think there is something for everyone! A great local antique shop!

Planet Beach is a revolutionary new spa concept where at the touch of a button you get a private spa experience at a fraction of the cost of a traditional day spa!
Had a Groupon for several visits here. Customer service was good, seemed to forget about you sometimes. Spa treatments were all done very professionally and were very enjoyable.

Offer guided wildlife tours throughout Northern Utah. Our most popular tours include the West Desert Wild Horses (with over 200 wild mustangs) and Antelope Island for viewing bison, owls, and pronghorn.
Robs Wildlife tours take you to the most interesting spots including a fabulous day exploring wild horses in their natural habitat. If you can make a day free while in the Salt Lake City area, this is a life-changing experience for anyone interested in horses, nature, photography and a chance to watch these magnificent animals roam their territory. The herds reproduce on the plains so often you will see young foal in addition to the stallions fighting to claim their position. Imagine going back in time to the vast empty spaces of the wild West. Rob knows the area intimately and is full of good direction for helping you to capture the good picture. This day trip with Robs Wildlife is not to be missed.

Yet more massive, brutalist architecture, with a good attempt to soften it by instituting rooftop gardens. Lines were long for the Thursday evening rehearsal of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir (this is the summer venue), but no worries, the hall seats 21,000. This choir ARRIVES PREPARED, with music already learned. What a difference that makes.
