Such a fun experience and great value to visit the Tivoli. The price is half of the traditional theaters...as are the refreshments (and drinks and popcorn have free refills). The seats are comfortable, the screen is exceptionally large, and the venue itself has so much to admire and holds a lot of people. There is also an organ player if you go on Friday or Saturday nights. Hands down, our favorite movie theater!!

I booked this spa for my two sisters and I and my mom for her 80th birthday. The spa is beautiful! We arrived early, as advised on the website, so we could relax in the hot pool and steam room - very nice! The "quiet room" is spacious and comfortable with small groupings of chairs, although we did wish there was a "socializing" room where the four of us could feel better about talking and laughing loud. The treatments were all wonderful! Because I booked well in advance, we were able to have all four of us have pedicures and manicures at the same time. They are very organized, with staff constantly around to make sure all is going well and amenities are kept stocked. We will definitely return!

This is my absolute favorite place in the Chicago area to run. 9.5 miles of crushed gravel, feels great on the legs compared to usual paved trails. Some rolling hills and plenty of trees. Path is super wide and easily accommodates runners, bikers, and hikers without any problems. New updates include new mile marker and trail maps, much easier follow trail and know exactly where you are.

You have to know that this Brewery exists to find it. It is well hidden in an industrial park. The bar is in the front of the brewery with only a few bar stools and tables. The primary activity is the brewing operations. Beer is good and there are several varieties. Credit Card only when I was there, does not take cash.

Great place to take a hike and visit the new nature center. Live turtles, birds, owls, snakes and fish. Great area for kids to play and learn about nature.

Same mass market tween focused stores you'll find at every mall in America. The parking is good, there is one anchor department store but it's a small Macy's and may be closing soon. The restaurants seem to be pretty good. I've been twice during the week at rush hour and the place was basically deserted at 6:00 p.m.

Only 25 miles west of Chicago, there's something for everyone in all four seasons at The Morton Arboretum. Whether you seek a quiet hike in the woods or an active family day out, The Morton Arboretum offers a wide variety of fun activities, events, tours, and classes for all ages and interests. Here you'll find an oasis of 16 miles of hiking trails and nine miles of paved roads, perfect for hiking, running, biking or just exploring. From a guided tour on an open-air tram to the award-winning Children's Garden and Maze Garden, to seasonal exhibits and lunch in The Ginkgo Restaurant overlooking Meadow Lake, the Arboretum is a unique place to explore, discover, escape, and connect with trees and nature.
We've been here during the summer and now the winter (for the Winter Illumination). Both times we've loved it. I was taken back by the cost to walk through a small part of the arboretum during the winter but after doing it, it was well worth the cost. The lights are beautiful. We went as a group and the adults and kids enjoyed it (even though it was close to 0 degrees). There are warming stations and fire pits along the way so you can warm up with a drink (adult drinks too) or by the fire.

Stopped here to taste a few of this new brewery's craft beers. The two I had tasted were definitely good. I just felt that $6.75 for a 12 ounce glass was a little high especially when other brewery's in the same area offer there craft beer for $5.00 to $6.00 for a 16 ounce glass. All in all it was a nice experience. I know I would probably be back but maybe not as often as I would if there pricing was more in line with others. (I could understand if it was a double IPA but it wasn't)

The atmosphere was great. It is an industrial type feel as the bar is actually inside of a warehouse. For a craft beer "The Craven" was actually in my opinion the best on the menu. If you don't want to sit in the warehouse portion they built a glassed in section that is heated and air conditioned with tables. The staff was knowledgeable about the beer and very friendly. They offer free games and darts to play. They offer free wifi and the best part is they encourage you to bring your own food. When we went they had a food truck outside. This is one of the best breweries I have been to and they really do it right!

Tap house grill is one of my fav. in Westmont. If you are looking for peaceful weekend then you should avoid this place. Noisy, dark, crowded and some good craft beer. They serve some good appetizers and burgers. The chicken wings are one of my favorite(especially the spicy one). Must try their beer battered chicken burger with Merkts cheese,Pork Nachos, cheese curds..
