Khao Khad Viewpoint Tower We hired a moped during our stay in Panwa Beach and decided to explore the local area. We came across Khao Khad Viewpoint Tower and were amazed by the 360 degree view that it offered from one of the highest points in the area. There are 136 steps to reach the top so this isn’t for those who have difficulties with mobility and there is no lift. However, it is truly worth the effort. You can easily see Khao Khad Bay, Panwa Cape, the ‘Big Buddha’ and much more... We went early in the morning but I can imagine that the views would be equally beautiful at sunset. There is a bar serving food and drinks on the site which we also stopped at. In summary, a great place to experience the amazing views of the local area and would highly recommend.

After the Patong Beach madness, one would be surprised by the peaceful atmosphere of Panwa Cape. There isn't much of a beach like the western part of the Phuket Island but the view around here is marvellous. Crowds are much thinner and most of the traffic would be to and fro the Phuket Aquarium.

Located in the trendiest spot at the Central Phuket Floresta, Happy Kids Club is a high quality indoor children’s center where families connect through play, fun activities, food and cultural celebrations. The area equipped with climbing equipment, a large trampoline, interesting kids workshops, a fun-filled library, a party area, separated play space for babies and toddlers and a range of toys and games for children age 1-12 years old. Just across from the club, there is also the Famous Café where parents can enjoy their relaxing time after dropping off their little one for active fun learning activities.
Ok, so here's the scoop! We've been to many kids clubs throughout Asia and have more times than not, left unsatisfied with our experience. But Happy Kids Club is a hidden gem! The cleanliness, friendliness, mindfully divided spaces and overall attentiveness of the staff there, is second to none. In our two years of full time travel, we have never felt comfortable with leaving our children anywhere/with anyone to go see a movie or to even grab a quick dinner alone as a couple. But Happy Kids Club is so good that we might just treat ourselves because we've been there, we've experienced it, we've witnessed the staff with the other children while the parents were away and we know, they are in good hands. All in all, we were blown away, there is so much for the children to do and explore, this is definitely a must visit if you are traveling to Phuket with your littles <3

This four-floor complex with underground parking has pretty much everything including many well-known clothing and beauty brands, a number of electronic goods stores, and even an adventure theme park.
Very familiar with Patong as we have been here more than 15 times over 10 years. Good modern center ultra clean with an excellent food court to satisfy all tastes. Great supermarket with lots of imported goods and a good bakery. The department store has the usual array of goods with a limited range. With a visit especially the food section.

Phuket Bike Week is one of the biggest bike convention in Asia and it has been running for 2 decades already. If you have any slight interests in bikes at all, this event will be a fascinating visit. This event is usually organized to coincide with the New Year of Thailand, the Songkran Water Festival in April. Riders from all over Asia gather at this event annually and showcase their prized bike, share riding knowledge, check out what’s new on the biker’s market and ride together. Main activities takes place along the most famous beach of Patong, while other interests may be located elsewhere in Phuket.
