Downtown Antique Mall is located on the historic Courthouse Square in West Plains, Missouri. Our mall occupies the old Aid Hardware building, built in 1914. With its high pressed tin ceilings , hardwood floors, and comfortable “Window on the Square” cafe it is the perfect setting to shop for antiques. Our mall has over 22,000 square feet of display space and features over 70 booths.
Visiting friends in West Plains, I had the chance to spend some quality time in Downtown Antiques Mall. It was a leisurely adventure through history, and I enjoyed every minute – upstairs and down! And, there is no admission. Of special interest were the books,...MoreWe are glad you enjoyed your visit to Aid Downtown Antique Mall. It is time for you to make a return visit to see all of the improvements we have made and are continuing to make. We think you'll approve!

The bounce house is fun but then again west plains is not a city by a long shot. We had fun here and will probably go again if we're in town and have time. The people were nice.

Great diversity of brews including stouts, porters, IPAs and some unique brews. Always something new every time I visit. Local wines also. No food but frequently have the best area food trucks on site. Local live music most weekend nights and never a cover charge. No TVs (yea) so plan on some face to face socializing.
Check out their calendar for special events like game night, vinyl music nights, new tap releases
If you are passing through town, don't pass up this brew pub.

This welcome area offers a nice place to take a break, especially if entering Missouri as a tourist. There’s a picnic area, historical marker, pet area and professionally-operated welcome center. Inside, there’s fresh coffee, and an interesting Porter Waggoner display case with some of his sequined country-western performance attire. Items created by local artisans are offered for sale. The attendants are friendly and knowledgeable, can answer most questions, and provide plenty of maps and tourist information. Plenty of parking behind the center.

Come play our live action escape rooms! You may have also heard them called escape game or puzzle room.
So much fun!! The themed rooms each have a different feel and atmosphere and put you in the themed mindset. The puzzles challenge your mind but also foster teamwork! I came with a larger group so we were split up between zombies and humans. Humans...MoreThat's awesome! We are glad your team played! ??

Replacing an outdated small building, this addition to educational resources is truly a benefit to the community. Computer access, children's room, Community rooms, as well as typical library services, it is well worth stoping by to see how they can improve your literary lifestyle.

We have been to this theater many times and have always had a great time. They have two larger screens with stadium seating. The other screens are smaller, but have been upgraded with nice seating. The picture quality and sound are both A+ throughout the theater. Prices are pretty standard and wont break the bank. Even the concessions are moderately priced. Our family of 3 can do a movie and snacks for around $40. 3D movies are a few bucks more. All in all, this is a great business that is clean and modern.

Stop in to Ostermeier Brewing Company for the best of craft beer and hand made pizzas server to by the owner and brew master Dean Ostermeier and have a great hand made pizza by his wife Sharon. Coming relax and enjoy great food and drink see old friends or make new ones.
We learned of OBC this weekend. What a great establishment to frequent!
The pizza is the best around! Pizza is my favorite food and this is now my favorite place to eat! The pizza is homemade and scrumptious. They serve one size which is about 14” in diameter. Ingredients are plentiful.
Dean (owner) also brews all the beer served. I’m not a beer drinker, but my boyfriend is and he sampled all of them and has some favorites (all the light colored). They offer a sampler tray of beer. I believe there are 6-7 in the sample tray for $6; a great value! Dean also makes homemade root beer. I had the Big O (the locals call it) which is root beer and Irish cream~~oh very very good!!! Definitely try it!
We ordered 1 sample tray of beer, 3 beer, 1 Big O, iced tea, and 2 pizzas; all for $37. Great value!!
They also offer shuffleboard, foozeball and all sorts of board games amongst many others. They also have a popcorn machine free popcorn for the patrons!
They are in the process of tearing down more walls to expand. By the crowd there Saturday night, they are going to need it.
The owners, Dean and Sharon are very likable and fun to be around!

We enjoyed the ability to go swimming at this park. This is a great place to go swimming with small children as they have a shallow pool as well as a deeper pool.
