Discover Bago. A family farm that brings people together, inspires outdoor adventures while showcasing local wine and produce from the Mid North Coast of NSW. Bago is opened 9am - 5pm Everyday (except Christmas Day) Bago Maze takes approximately 20 minutes to an hour to explore. It’s one of the world’s largest hedge mazes with over 2000m of pathways, bridges and hedges, making it the perfect place for the family to explore. Bago is a working vineyard and winery, we grow all of our own grapes and produce all wine on site. You can enjoy a wine tasting paddles from Cellar Door with local cheese and meat platters while over looking the beautiful vineyard and Maze. Book your experience through our website for maze tickets and platters. Located a 35 minute drive from Port Macquarie, Bago offers an experience for the whole family.
It’s less than 35 minutes drive from Port Macquarie, you arrived at a hidden gem winery where they offer wine tasting and you can buy a few to take home. They had a cafe shop too. The Maze is also an attraction of the Bago Winery. Took us 30 minutes to find the way out. Must visit.

A not too long drive from Port Macquarie to Old Bottlebutt to get there........but be warned if you are using Googlemaps and it shows a quicker/shorter option off Internal Break Rd - to go along King Creek Rd: DO NOT TAKE IT like we did!! We did and only just managed to drive along it and return ????. It was very narrow and gravelly and undulating in parts! Stick to driving on Internal Break Rd and Jimmy Rd which lead to a carpark and picnic area with drop toilets. The tree was worth the drive!

This is a wonderful shady park located in the middle of Wauchope town centre. We were having coffee at Watermans Cafe which is located in the park. The playground was very busy with lots of little kids having so much fun. There are lots of activities and what I liked was that the playground was fenced. There is also a fabulous kids bike track with lots of road signs for them to learn road rules. Really cool!

Extremely laid out viewing area and plenty of parking. Bit of a way in from the Wauchope Road but well worth the detour. Impressed by the peacefulness and quiet of the viewing area plus the cleanliness of the area. Plenty of information on the construction of the Dam plus the requirement for the Dam. Three great individual BBQs overlooking the Dam make this a great place to spend a few quiet hours with nature.
