The oldest two storey building in the town, Carinda is a fine example of a 19th Century pioneer family building. It is now run by volunteers as a craft gallery with local crafts, baking, jams, preserves, baby wear, hand knits, unique stationery, souvenirs and exhibitions. Visitors are welcome to wander through the unique “Stump Room” to the back courtyard.

We had an extended stay at Cranky Rock earlier this year. Could write a book about our adventures and experiences, all good of course. In a nutshell the entire shire is phenomenal, however the micro community that is Cranky Rock rocks. Our hosts, Elisha and Todd went above and beyond our expectations, making us feel more than welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. We had power, tank water, views of the bush, interaction with an abundance of animal life both native and domesticated. We had rain events which transformed the creeks and pools which are the drawcard of this amazing little nature reserve. It is well worth the visit and a stay for at least a night or two is bound to impress.

The Bikini tree first came to life in 1997, when High School teacher Sharon Gilmour felt drawn to paint a bikini on a gum tree which bore a striking resemblance to a woman’s figure. Since then the Bikini tree has worn many different bikinis of both local and international themes. The "Bikini Tree" has been part of Warialda culture for many years and no one knows when the tree will be painted next
Located six kilometres north of the town of Warialda, Audrey Hill Lookout has a spectacular 180 degree view of the Warialda district. Audrey Hill Lookout site was officially dedicated on 8 October 2005 in memory of Audrey Hill for her 27 years of devoted service to tourism through her work on the Yallaroi Shire Council and the Warialda Community.
