This specialty museum features buses, trucks and tramcars of yesteryear in attractive settings, with lots of related artefacts and displays of transport history. Small shop with models and books.
We went to the open day on the 7/3/20,we had a 40min free ride in an old bus. Really took us back to our childhood, the kids loved it ????. The museum is a credit to the people that run it. Amazing fun, and such lovely volunteers thankyou so much. I would recommend to anyone.

Walsall Leather Museum is a welcoming and friendly attraction housed in a restored Victorian factory building. We offer a fascinating insight into the story of Walsall's famous leatherworking trade. There are regular guided ours and demonstrations of leather crafts, and lively programme of events and activities throughout the year, including changing exhibitions. Beautiful gardens planted with traditional tanning trees and shrubs. The museum has an excellent shop specialising in Walsall-made leathergoods.
Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. Really interesting little museum and gorgeous leatherwork throughout. Staff there were lovely and really helpful too - even offering to help my son make his own personalised leather key ring, which he loved. Beautiful, quality leather items in the gift shop too!

The Chasewater Railway operates heritage steam and diesel trains on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays throughout the year, most Saturdays Easter to October and certain weekdays throughout the summer. The Railway is rapidly gaining recognition as one of the major visitor attractions within the Walsall, Lichfield & Cannock areas. With its policy of great value fares and membership fees, it offers an excellent day out for families, friends and railway enthusiasts as well as corporate and social hospitality. The Railway operates passenger trains from its headquarters at Brownhills West to Chasetown Church Street, with intermediate stations at Norton Lakeside and Chasewater Heaths. A round trip of nearly 4 miles takes about 45 minutes. Day Rover tickets offer unlimited travel on all trains operating on the day of issue.
This is a great attraction if you are an enthusiast or just out to take the kids on a steam train ride they wont forget , back to yeasteryears

Grosvenor Casino Walsall is a vibrant and diverse leisure destinationwhich boasts an a la carte restaurant, late night bar and a comprehensive gaming experience. We have numerous Roulette (including electronic terminals), Blackjack & Poker tables, plus popular Slot machines to ensure all your gaming needs are met for all level of player. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provide free parking for all our customers.
We are regulars at the the casino and are always greeted pleasantly and enjoy our gaming experience. We would like to highlight the work of Hayley and Marie in particular, they are outstanding members of staff who always brighten our experience and bring warmth to the casino. The only improvement I could suggest is that there is some sort of bell/alert for bar staff, we only visit at non peak times and it can be quite some time to get served at the bar. See you soon :)

Really enjoyed my visit to Walsall Arboretum. Very short walk from the train station and a big park to have a nice afternoon walk in. The augmented reality app they have is great fun too, we don’t even have kids and still enjoyed it!

Lovely house and forge in Willenhall. Good for young and not so young visitors. ???? Story telling by the open fire, roasted chestnuts and knowledgable members of the team to talk through the history. Lovely example of a house from years gone by. Easily spent a couple of hours here.

Walsall Central Library is a welcoming and friendly library. We offer lending, children's, information and learning facilities. There is something for everyone: books, tourist and local information, business resources, work clubs, printing, faxing and photocopying, free computer access and computer courses. We also run an exciting programme of activities for all ages throughout the year.
I am amazed with the new glow up of the library it is very spacious and has endless facilities I love going weekly to revise as it’s nice and quite most of the time. Also love the new kids section however I would’ve preferred if they did that on a seperate side or room as it can get super noisy when they have the toddlers / kids events on and there’s people trying to work, would appreciate if they included a water fountain /bottle filler so people can fill up their water bottles other then that I rlly love the Walsall library and highly recommend everyone pops down as theres something for everyone as they have now included a good few areas in the library which they didn’t have before including the teenage section!! ????????????????????????
