We called in for a tea and cake on a wet afternoon. What a delightful place. Lovely pot of real tea and yummy cakes beautifully served with china teapot, cups and plates. A family were painting mugs and clearly enjoying themselves, unfortunately as we were only passing through we didn’t have time to join them. It’s a tiny place on 3 floors and they might do better to make it clear outside that there is plenty of seating, and they don’t do only takeaways.

A cosy shop front turned into a micro bar, serving draught ale and lager, bottled beers, spirits and mainly GIN, 87 different gins and counting. The Keep prides itself on its warm and inviting atmosphere, and we invite you to come and join us for a drink or seven.
Great atmosphere, delightful staff, wonderful environment and fabulous gin! Only thing that would improve it is for it to be able to be bigger, like the tardis! Love this place, always a good time.

Self drive electric boat hire from two sites on the river Thames at Wallingford and Moulsford, Oxfordshire. We have a fleet of modern but characterful boats seating 2 to 11 people, as well as a skippered luxury launch. The river here is very beautiful and tranquil and you can cruise five miles downstream amongst the wildlife before reaching a lock. Experienced and friendly staff complete the picture. Bring family and/or friends, a picnic and drift away on the river.

A stop at this charming English village will delight fans of mystery novelist Agatha Christie.
A huge range of history here from dinosaurs to factory there is something for everyone. The staff all around the museum are incredibly friendly and seem to really enjoy answering any questions. As well as great exhibits and displays a lot of it is interactive so your kids can get stuck in too.

Stumbled upon this wonderful place on a recent visit to Wallingford, it was such a nice gentle journey along the line being pulled by diesel train, a small bar on board selling drinks and some wonderful scenery including the church where Agatha Christie is buried. A must see for those visiting Wallingford and interested in vintage railway
