Visit this charming boutique winery in the heart of the Driftless region - located just 20 minutes southeast of LaCrosse or a short jaunt from the Great River Road. Taste award-winning wine made from estate-grown grapes and other Wisconsin fruit. Enjoy wine and appetizers in the tasting room or on the patio or deck all with stunning vineyard views. Wood-fired pizzas baked Fri, Sat, & Sun through Sept. Child friendly and pet-friendly; leashed dogs welcome in outdoor areas.
We stopped here after spending hours looking through the big red barn shop in town. The winery is out in the middle of no where, but it is beautiful when you get to it. We were there when the kitchen wasn't open but the food...MoreDear Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to write this gracious review! Nestled in the hidden valleys of Wisconsin’s driftless region lies Vernon Vineyards. Here, you will Experience Wine with a View. All of Vernon Vineyards’ wines are made from 100% locally grown grapes. Our grape varietals are cold-weather hybrids developed by the University of MN, specifically for our region of the country. Thousands of vines flow across 14 acres and flourish with the ventilation provided by the rolling hills. Each fall, residents of the surrounding farming community gather to harvest our 50 tons of grapes. Several tons of these hand-picked grapes go into the delicious wines produced by Vernon Vineyards. The remaining grapes are then sold to other wineries throughout the Tri-State region of Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota.Vernon Vineyards wines are sold in fine retail and dining establishments, along with in our tasting room where wewelcome you to participate in our public events held throughout the year. Our picturesque views will enhance your next meeting, shower, party, or other special event. We welcome professionally and self-catered gatherings. Please contact us for more information and to reserve your date.
This is a vineyard with wine tasting. Very good Wisconsin wine. Olivia, the server, was most accommodating. She was a delight. We'll be back.

We went to the Fourtney Underground last nite thoroughly enjoyed it! We got the fancy pants seats (2nd row) and our ticket ($15) included wine - woo hoo! It is an intimate theatre setting - only about 50 seats. The actors were fabulous and everyone was so warm and friendly, we felt like part of the theatre family. Can't wait for the next performance. We will definitely be back!

Worth the time to stop and look. Prices are reasonable, staff knowledgeable, s.election not bad for the location. Only problem I would mention is if you are sensitive to incense you might not enjoy it as much as they do sell and burn incense

The Historic Temple Theatre is a 552 seat theatre located in the heart of southwestern Wisconsin. Built as a movie and vaudeville theatre in 1922, this elegant restored space is home to many events throughout the year.
If you are in Viroqua, don't miss seeing the Temple. A treasure. Not many of these old palaces left.

It is great if you are looking for antiques but for us it was not what we were looking for. The first two rooms have new items after that it is antiques. So if you are looking for modern fun items this is not your store. If you are looking for antiques this would be your store.
