We went to the distillery and were really impressed by the dedication and vision the owners have and the pride the employees have to make this product. They are making rum (it was really delicious by the way!) from sugar cane they grow and using locally sourced fruits. Some unusual flavors that I loved! They explained the process from start to finish, loved it all!

This is my wife’s hometown beach and it is a must every time we go to Puerto Rico. Very nice beach, nice and clean water. This time I was able to go try the food from Solimar. A small kiosk at the beach: and let me tell you! It was amazing. The alcapurrias were very tasty and not greasy and the octopus basket was the home run of the day.
