When visiting Tumbarumba recently, we visited the Visitor Information Centre to learn more about the local area. We thought it had a great historical display to view, along with some interesting items for sale. Add to that helpful staff and well worth a good review. Well recommended for anybody making their first trip to this part of NSW.

Nest is a boutique style cinema, with reclinable armchairs and dining service available during the film. Movie screenings change weekly.

Having been to the Nest many times we are constantly surprised by the quality of the ever changing menu that showcases beautiful fresh seasonal produce and the ever changing menu according to the season. Our latest adventures had us enjoying the zucchini and corn fritters they were amazing and the sides complemented them so well. We have also called in for morning tea and enjoyed the variety of cakes slices and biscuits on offer. This time we had Lemon yogurt cake and Chocolate Strawberry......both to die for Their range of specialty teas (all served on trays with beautiful crockery) and are wonderful. I can recommend the Geisha green tea so light and nice.

Johansen Wines

Family owned and run vineyard in the beautiful town of Tumbarumba. Tastings and wine sales available from our onsite cellar door or available to purchase from our online store.

Reviewed By 934katrinam - Sydney, Australia

We have visited the cellar door a couple of times now & just love the rustic & cosy atmosphere. It is a family run vineyard & they are all so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The chardonnay is a stand out, however their entire range is delicious. We loved it so much we have also stayed at their guest house amongst the vineyards! A beautiful, peaceful spot!
