Starting at the FischleinTal parking lot in Sesto, hike up to the Dolomiten Hohenweg #5 trail connecting the Czigmond, Bullelejoch and Drei Zinnen mountain huts for some of the most spectacular mountain hiking I've ever experienced. This loop trail is an 18km, 3200ft elevation change, all-day hike. The best spot for lunch is Bullelejoch, the least crowded of the 3 mountain huts, and also the best food.

Beautiful place, best time to go is early in the morning before 9.00 then you can get the best shot with the reflection of the mountains and its nice and quiet. It can be a bit cold in the morning even in summer. Worth it.

This lake is less famous, but has nothing to envy the well-known Braies lake. The Dobbiaco lake has a wonderful clear water and there's an easy (flat) circular walk around the lake that will take you through the forest, the river and some beautiful small beaches. You will appreciate the amazing diversity of its flora and fauna (birds!). On the lake you will also find a bar, a restaurant and a camping.

Un esperienza di tipo particolare: Venite a trovarci e scendete nel Bunker Museum, una ex fortificazione sotterranea del periodo della Guerra Fredda (opera attiva fino al 1993) e scoprite questo luogo un tempo segretissimo. Mostre sulla storia del bunker, sulla prima guerra mondiale e storie di agenti e spionaggio completano la visita già di per se entusiasmante di questa misteriosa costruzione.
