Dr. Bella is an awesome Transformational Breath Coach. I've been doing this type of breathwork for 15 years and her classes are the most transformational and sweet breath classes I've experienced. I go regularly to release stress and heal whatever emotional gunk is coming up to be cleared. My husband usually goes with me as well. He also loves the results of her breath classes.

I took my teenage daughter to this “must see” place and she was stunned. Unique in the Florida costal landscape, this small section on the eastern shore displays an outcrop of rocky formations shaped by millions of years of rough seas abrasion. Sometimes ( if you happen to go during high winds events) you may watch the sea water splashing out of the several “solution holes” carved in the rock bed. There is a wonderful sandy beach to relax also (careful with the rip currents). There is a limited parking space near the beach, so arrive early. Additional parking and services (toilet, snacks, information) are in the Nature Center across the street of the park entrance. There is a $2.00 admission fee, that was waived when I visited on 2/6/21.

We had a short visit at the park! It was absolutely beautiful. We arrived at high tide and there wasn’t many people on the beach. We were able to walk and enjoy the beach. I can’t wait to visit this beach again

Living across the pond, I occasionally manage to get over to visit some friends in Florida. As a person who has worked with a number of 'craft brewers' in the UK, whenever I am nearby I will always try to visit TBC. I absolutely adore this place, a brilliant 'brew pub', great ales, friendly knowledgeable staff, good music and live performers, great ambiance, what more can you ask for? Whenever I have visited, they have their standard brews on tap but always feature a range of alternatives that are either seasonal or experimental and I have never found one that I did not like. Also on the odd occasion they will also have a guest beer from their sister brewery Twisted Trunk, possible a wood aged brew. I seem to remember that they also have a website that will show what beers they have on tap and what is up-coming. If you are worried about driving after drinking here, you can always take a 'growler' of your chosen brew home with you for a small deposit on the bottle. OK so they do not serve food (local licencing restriction) however it can be ordered in and delivered to the bar. Just in case some members of your party are not really into beer, they also stock a reasonable range of wines by the glass. I cannot recommend TBC strongly enough
