What would we do without our libraries? I love this place and it helped me tremendously through the many hours of solitude during the pandemic. Staff is so efficient and a huge thank you to ALL the JCLS staff keeping us in books, dvd, cd, computer time etc. You are awesome and definitely essential.

Family owned and operated, StoneRiver Vineyards is dedicated to producing distinctive premiere quality wines in the Rogue Valley. There is over 100 years of agricultural history on our historic Brook Farms property, one of Oregon's earliest registered farms. Located in the heart of the Rogue Valley, Suncrest Winery by Naumes Family Vineyards is family owned winery serving premium, small production wines. Located in a timeless farmhouse that has been in the Naumes family for generations, our tasting room features a large, open layout with panoramic views of the Rogue Valley and is surrounded by 20 acres of estate vineyards.
I can't say enough great things about my experience. The staff was awesome; attentive and knowledgeable but not pushy like they can be in other tasting rooms I've been to. The views are amazing and the venue is in a fantastic old home in the middle of vineyards and pear orchards. They had lawn games for the kids, some delicious food offerings and plenty of space to spread out. Most importantly, the wines are amazing. I didn't taste one wine that I didn't like but I truly loved the pinot noir. the chardonnay was pretty fantastic as well, it made me remember why I used to love chardonnay. Don't miss this place if you are in the area.

These two folks are relatively new but they do not let the grass grow under their feet. The tasting room and winery show steady growth and a penchant for innovation. Their "Malus" hard cider (done with native yeasts) is extremely balanced and drinkable and, I imagine, using traditional fermentation, quite a nifty achievement. I know they held it back, waiting for the residual sugar to diminish and that was so smart - nothing worse than a cider which cloys. Visit, please.
