Amazing remedial massage from all staff. I always get knots in my shoulder and back. They focus on getting them out while also providing a relaxing environment. Most recently however, pulled my back in work and ended up with moderate to severe sciatica pain. After just a one hour session it was much better. Two days later and I feel back to normal. Highly recommended for relaxing, professional and remedial treatment.

Medicine has come a long way from the early days of the last century, when medicine was sometimes as much an art as a science. The exhibits often look like instruments of torture rather than methods of treatment. The Museum is open 10:30 am to 4:00 pm on Wednesday, and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on the second Sunday of the month. This museum is worth a detour, it is at the rear of the King Edward Memoral Hospital for Women (KEMH), or "KIng Ted" as it is often called.

A great spot to pick up your weeks fruit & veg, bread, fish & meats, cheeses and more, all whilst supporting local producers. A terrific selection of places to eat, drink and be entertained. Besides doing my shopping, I love wandering around the different stalls, as there is such a great selection.
