It is bounded on the west by the Squamscott River. The town is the home of the only U.S. Lindt & Sprüngli factory and the headquarters of the Timberland Corporation.

Great place for year-round outdoor activity for all ages - dog walking, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, picnicking, kiddie park and more. The fire tower, easily accessed from the parking lot, provides a panoramic view of the region all the way out to the Atlantic coast. In addition, the park hosts numerous community programs - exercise, camps, youth sports, and special events like the annual Stratham Fair. The recently introduced community stone-oven pizza event is drawing large crowds every Thursday evening this summer. A real treasure!

Nice wooden walkway around marsh with educational signs, the inside of building is directed towards kids education, the saturday 11am feed the animals in the tank is fun even for adults.

Adore coming here! The store is spotless, well lighted and the chocolate displays are attractive and well marked. As you enter a truffle is offered for you to enjoy while shopping. There are always sale items and generally a supply of seconds or more heavily discounted chocolates. The specialty European section is large and well stocked. This particular store also features special non packaged items under glass and a teaching center. Employees are well trained and eager to help. A frequent shopper card is available at no charge.
