State of the art place to visit. Rich in concept of a museum and good curation. Amazing restaurant at the Institute and large greener spot to relax and snap pictures.

Considered by some to be the best beach in the world, this is certainly my favorite. The beach can only be reached by a walk through a wooded area along a boardwalk, followed by a descent down a long ladder through a rock crevice. Access to the beach is restricted, and is never crowded. Indeed, there are few people and if you go early in the morning, the beach is all yours. One needs to purchase a pass to obtain entrance to the national park beaches on the island of Fernando de Noronha. I felt it was certainly worthwhile to support the conservation efforts and maintenance of Noronha’s many beaches. Your pass gives you access to all the beaches in the park system.

Greenish blue Caribbean-like waters. A true paradise. The water changes colors according to the tides, from light green to infinite blue. There is only on free access to the beach though, otherwise you have to pay a day-use fee to the restaurants or pousadas around in order to park your car and use their chairs. There are no kiosks or vendors on the beach, so using the restaurants´structure might be necessary if you want to spend the day there.

The natural pools of Porto de Galinhas are famous for years already. They appear between the corals (recifes) when the tied is low. And they offer a unique swimming experience in crystal clear seawater with no waves or current. Recently the beach south of Porto de Galinhas (Maracaipe) opened its recifes for the most beautiful beach and swimming experience you can find. The recifes are huge, to be reach by foot in low water and than a few minutes by the simple local sailing boats. Go there by Buggy from any point in Porto de Galinhas or walk about an hour on the beach. Skip Muro Alto and just go for the relaxed Maracaipe).
