Beautiful well-groomed cemetery. They do a great Memorial Day ceremony with military band to honor veterans, passed and living. I saw old soldiers from all branches of the military. Very, very respectful and patriotic. I spoke with a lot of veterans and military families. I love it and go every year.

She was informative, cheerful and relaxed and provided us with a nice intro to Axe Throwing. We warmed up, then played some games. Super fun experience and definitely a good team building event.

Awesome place to visit especially cycling to get there. My brothers and I would cycle from the north side of Pacifica to this spot. The paved road on the devil slide is very smooth. You can also take your car there. Park it on ether side and enjoy a walk full of views. Been here multiple time on my bike and car.

For airplane gazing I recommend the area between Millbrae Avenue and the SF Marriott Waterfront Hotel (2 hours free Shore Parking at North end of Marriott parking lot). The best hours are 11 am to 2 pm with a nice mixture of domestic and international planes. One can get really close to Runways 1R and 1L by the Millbrae Avenue end. This area has a lot of birds depending on the time of year and tide. I see more birds during low tide. The pathway south past the Marriott hotel to the Bird Sanctuary near Benihana Restaurant is scenic as well.

Got in late afternoon into SFO and checked into a hotel near the airport. Used Trip Advisor to find restaurants in Brisbane. The Chinese Restaurant we picked did not appear to be open, so we continued driving and saw Na Na's, which appeared to be nicely maintained. We went in and ordered General Tso's Chicken and the house pan fried noodles. Both dishes were excellent. It's a bit off the beaten path, but well worth eating at.

We visited Colma Historical Museum. I met two of the staff members and they were very nice and answered any questions I have.
There are both exhibits in the museum as well as an exhibit on the historical Colma Railroad Station and tracks.
San Francisco often tries to dictate how others live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
As such, it decided Colma would be its burial ground. There are numerous cemeteries including a pet cemetery.
The museum goes over this and also has the list of famous people and which cemetery they are buried at. There is also a pet cemetery in Colma.
The railroad station was used to bring people and also the bodies from San Francisco to Colma for burial.
The museum also covers more than this major aspect of Colma. There is an exhibit on home life, typewriters, and local history. I liked seeing the headline on the great snow storm in the Bay Area in the 1960s. There is also exhibits of the role of Colma in the war efforts. There are other exhibits as well.
The outside depot, tracks and blacksmith shop is interesting to see. There is a picnic ground with vista views of the San Bruno mountains and the local cemeteries.
The museum is free and there is free parking on site. Do check the hours they are open.
While the museum is small, its an interesting museum to see in the San Francisco Bay Area. Its off the beaten track....but is rich in history.

We stopped for a few hours to let my boys enjoy the beach one last time before heading home. $5.00 for 4 hours of parking, seemed reasonable to us. It wasn't over crowded. Bathrooms near by are a little run down but I was glad they were close by. It was fun watching the surfers.

It is ideal for conferences, corporate meetings, special events and receptions of all sizes - from small meetings to large conventions.Located at the heart of the biotech region, leading edge of Silicon Valley, minutes from San Francisco International Airport and 15 minutes from downtown San Francisco
I was attend the IHRSA - International Health Racquet & Sport Club Association for few times, this is the most conference center i like, easy to access, lots of hotels, shopping center and restaurants near by. The conference hall it self, huge, clean and easy to find the foods & drinks, many fast food and restaurants in there.
Especially easy to reach there, just walk few meters from the hotel, and many of shopping in walking distance, didn't fell tired at all. if the participant stay far from the SSFCC, transportation are very easy.
I have attend to many conference hall in USA and South San Francisco is the best

Created in 1980, SFO Museum was the first cultural institution of its kind located in an international airport. Granted accreditation by the American Alliance of Museums in 1999, the Museum has the distinction of being the only accredited museum in an airport. Today, SFO Museum features twenty-five galleries throughout the Airport terminals displaying a rotating schedule of art, history, science, and cultural exhibitions, as well as the San Francisco Airport Commission Aviation Library and Louis A. Turpen Aviation Museum.
When we were at the San Francisco international terminal, we went to see the new exhibits at the SFO Museum.
This time the two were:
1) A Modern Approach - It was an exhibit of mid-century design.
2) From Print to Plate - This was where they take city prints such as Japanese and Indian cities and apply the print to make dinner plates, and other dish ware.
They were both interesting exhibits to see.
There was also the Fashion to Flight exhibit. This shows different fashions of the airplane staff wear when serving passengers on board the plane. It is organized by different decades so one can see the changes. We had seen this exhibit before.
