Both Wrath Tasting Rooms are now allowed to open for indoor tastings at a limited capacity. Our Winery tasting room also has a large patio that is perfect for hosting multiple guest groups and still maintaining 10'plus spacings for comfort and safety. Open Fri-Mon, 11-5pm and closed Tue-Wed-Thur. Wrath's tasting room in Carmel is conveniently downtown and open daily. There's a limited number of seating inside and also outside seating that wraps around a fire pit to stay cozy and comfortable on those foggy days that Carmel is famous for. Wrath has been named "among the most exciting producers " by USA Today newspaper and "One of the Top Ten Wineries along California's Central Coast" by Decanter magazine.
We spent a week in the Carmel/Pacific Grove area and the Wrath Winery tastings were at the top of our to do list. In fact, we visited them three times. The Pinot Noir flights are exceptional! But the highlight of each visit was Nicole! She was so very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; she made each visit very personal. We nicknamed her the "Chamber of Commerce" because she was so eager to make our trip to the area memorable! We just got home, but are already looking forward to our next visit.

Soledad Mission has special meaning to me because I grew up in the city of Soledad.CA. One of my earliest memories was visiting this historic site as a grade schooler on a field trip. As I grew up a appreciated the significance that this mission played in early California history. The mission was founded on Oct. 9 1791 and was the 13th mission to be created by the Franciscans. The mission is located at 36641 Fort Romie Rd just south west of the city of Soledad and is opened from 10am to 4pm except for major holidays. The grounds and gift shop are maintained by staff and volunteers. You can stop by the gift shop get self guided tour brochures or to ask questions of the friendly staff. There is an on site museum with many artifacts from early California.and the chapel is still used today for Mass on the first Sunday for every month.

The wine tasting area, overlooking an expansive vista with the pinnacles in the background is one of the best in the world! Their wines are superb as well, from the Doctor's to the Grenache and the sarah, not to mention the pinot and the zone. We've been drinking wines forever and these stand up to the best.
Experience SoMoCo (South Monterey County) is the first premier Salinas Valley tour-company based out of South County where we serve the heart of Steinbeck Country, which is the best kept secret to vineyards, Pinnacles National Park and seeing the world’s salad bowl.
The Center is wall-to-wall highlights of local attractions complete with a small-scale representation of Pinnacles National Park, Spanish arches inset with information on local California missions, photographs depicting the Valley’s agricultural history, a tour map to local wineries and, since it’s in the heart of Steinbeck Country, details on literary giant John Steinbeck.
