I can recommend CEM with a pleasure for everyone interested in riding! I have had a long break from riding and got a suggestion to try it at CEM again after many years. I took 3 private lessons from Iisa and that was definitely the highlight of my 2 week holiday in Madeira. Iisa is a very professional instructor. She is very patient, supportive and clearly enjoys her job. What made me very happy was that the horses were very well taken care of, the stable and the surroundings were clean. The stable is only about 20minutes from Funchal, so very easy to go to!

The kids had so much of fun - we had to go on two days! Very short lines. Fun slides for all ages. Sanitizer stations everywhere. The bird shows was average. The food at the cafe was acceptable but a little more expensive than expected.

We went to the market 4 times on are 2 weeks holiday the best day in Friday lt more going on large fish market down stairs fruit and veg middle an top floor as well leather goods toilet are all on top floor there is a great cafe on the top floor near the toilets Good food and very pleasant people we are on a cruise in 3weeks and will look forward to another visit
