To start the staff was helpful, upbeat, positive, and encouraging...just what you want before going to war on the streets in Detroit. The gear was great quality...nothing cheap or chintzy about it. Inside, the backdrop and props were strategically located to optimize the experience. They break up the 1.5 hour experience into 8 five minute exercises so us middle age folks can catch our breath and each exercise has a different theme and objective to break up the monotony (if that were possible) of trying to take out the other team. Overall, it was a great way to have fun with the kids, build teamwork and strategize with them, awesome workout, best bang for your buck, all around a great time. We will definitely be back!

With a history that dates back to 1863, Yates Grist Mill opened its doors beside the rapidly flowing waters of the 'then' Clinton-Kalamazoo Canal. By 1876, the Yates family installed a cider press into the existing water-powered process and began producing delicious Michigan cider. It then became known as Yates Cider Mill. Yates is one of the oldest, continually running businesses in Michigan. Come for a visit and be a part of what has made Yates Cider Mill a destination for generations.
We visited here during fall. This place is very nice and have some activities for kids. They provide fresh donuts, fudge, ice cream and Apple cider juice which is delicious. The trail is very nice along the river. We will love to go again to this place.

Emagine Theatres is an affordable, luxury movie-going experience for all ages. Our theatres feature gourmet concessions with stone-fired pizza, full bars, reserved seating, event space rentals, 3D & Dolby Atmos screens for a unique viewing experience, D-Box seats that move with the action on the screen, seat-side food & beverage service, and valet parking. Head to our website for more info.
Can’t go wrong with this theatre...from comfortable, lazy-boy-style chairs (there’s even 2-person sofas in some theatres) to great food. You get to pick the seat you want. Be advised-this is not an excuse to be late. There’s not only a spacious lobby with arcade games and a self-playing piano but also small sofa and chair areas off both ends. Tuesday is $5 movie day, any movie all day, and if you’re a member of their club you also get a free popcorn (extra dollar for upgrade to cheese or caramel popcorn ????) on Tuesday’s, can’t beat that! The staff is friendly and they keep the place very clean.

Nestled in and among 193 wooded acres in the Oakland County suburb of Rochester Hills is Pine Trace Golf Club. This 18 hole Arthur Hills design is consistently rated as one of the top 20 golf courses in Michigan. With its beautiful setting and challenging design, Pine Trace is sure to delight you and your fellow golfers.
Great course and layout and always well maintained. Little bit more expensive than other area courses, but worth it. Only knock is they don't have a beverage cart on the course (unless they have since changed). Well worth playing.

Meadow Brook Amphitheatre, Rochester Hills, MI : Simple, nice but very friendly place for concerts and shows. Amphitheatre has a good acustic for the concers, good infrastructure for food and amenities, but placed on Oakland University hills. Nice to relax and enjoy good moments with good music of your choice.
