This was a real surprise on my hike of the path of the Gods from Praiano. Can't believ how old the old Chapel is, and the view from the terrace is breathtaking! At the convent do stop with Dominic and Lili (his little dog) for a quick refreshment before your onward ascent.

This is quite a beautiful small church. The yellow light and beautiful floor tiles make it unique. The large square in front provides a gorgeous view of the sea.

We stumbled across this by accident as my boyfriend pointed out that there were signs to an art studio so we strolled up one morning after breakfast and I can safely say it was the highlight of the trip. The torre itself is 800 years old and guarded by two goats but for the last 30 years has been the studio for the artist Paolo Sandulli whose whimsical pieces of artwork are displayed throughout the space. He will happily spend some time showing you his incredible work and explaining his inspiration behind it- he's passionate about Praiano and you can't help but get swept up in his enthusiasm. If you want a truly unique and authentic holiday experience on the Amalfi Coast go here.
