Prachuap Khiri Khan (Thai: ประจวบคีรีขันธ์, pronounced [prā.t͡ɕùa̯p.kʰīː.rīː.kʰǎn]) is a town in southern Thailand. It is the capital of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province and is on the coast at one of the narrowest stretches in Thailand, only 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) from the Burmese border at Dan Sing Khon in the Tenasserim Hills. The area has large pineapple and coconut industries, in addition to being popular with Thai tourists. The town is 291 km south of Bangkok by road.

This temple is stunning its made of teak wood and carved inside and out. There is wonderful picture carvings on the inside walls and marble Buddha statues on plinths. The temple is guarded by two 9 headed serpents with fabulous attention to detail that wrap around the entire temple.. A few mins walk away there is a stairpath that leads up and into the caves where there are 2 reclining Buddha's. This is an uphill staircase about 20 mins it took us to get into the cave (2 adults/2 children) It's easy to get to from Ao Manoa/Wing 5 airforce and Prachuap Khirikhan town.

Lovely beach you have to cycle over the military base. Never did that before. Clean and good food as well.

Unfortunately, the timing was bad for me, and access to Khao Lommuak was closed off by the Air Force, that controls the area of Wing 5. The climb up to the top is accessible only on public holidays, and the next one, I was told, isn’t apparently until May. However, the start-off point is about 2 kms from Prachuap town, and I took a tuktuk there, for a very reasonable 100 baht, return. You can also bike in from town, on the road that runs along to Ao Manao Bay. The day turned out wonderful, however, in spite of the closure of the path up. I was very spoilt when we visited, as the langurs were out in full display. There are 3 different troops in that one area alone, and they are well protected and coddled. You are allowed to feed them-it is not a national park, as they come down from the jungle of Khao Lommuak, to forage for food. There is a stand by the foot of the hill where you can buy boiled corn for 10 baht. These langurs have a weakness for corn and peanuts, and do not like bananas as much. The spectacles langurs are well worth a visit, just for themselves, and you can see them close up with their golden babies. Definitely recommended if, like me, seeing the langurs was high priority.

World Class Sports Facilities and Recreation Center, most comprehensive sports center in the seaside resort town of Hua Hin. True Arena Hua Hin offers incredible world-class facilities, state-of-the-art fitness equipment and activities with personal trainers.
Being on a four-week vacation and a dedicated gym junky, I looked for a gym and landed at True. Yep, it's expensive but totally worth it. The gym is well equipped with the latest material, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful and everything is taken care of. A couple of added bonuses: a steamroom in the locker area and the WTA Thailand Open, to which members have unrestricted access. I hope to be back in Hua Hin next year and will surely return to True.

The climb looks daunting, but the 398 steps is not too hard. We'll worth it, once you get there and see the amazing views

We visited this aquarium by scooter. Easy to find. The aquarium is lovely and lots of beautiful fish and some very big fish too. The central aquarium that walks down and around is very cool. You get to see from the top to the bottom all different fish. We would recommend to visit. Price to enter is very reasonable.
