From temple near by is hill where on top of hill another temple is located, climbing on hill takes just 20 minutes, but after you reach on top it's very beautiful view to see sea from top of hill, good for photo session. Madhavpur (Ghed) is a small but culturally significant village in the state of Gujarat, India. It lies on the seashore, in between Porbandar and Veraval. According to folklore, Krishna married Rukmini at Madhavpur after first kidnapping her. This event is memorialized with a temple dedicated to lord Madhavrai and by an annual fair held in the village. Every year, for five days from the day of Ram Navmi, a cultural fair is organized mainly on the background of religious belief of Krishna getting married to Rukmani. A colorful chariot is decorated and the idol of Krishna is placed in the chariot and a procession proceeds through the village as a part of celebrating the event of Krishna's marriage. Village people throw colors at each other as part of the celebration and also involve joyful dancing.

Jambavan's cave is the place where Jambavan lived and where he fought with Sri Krishna. According to puranas, Jambavan found the Syamantaka mani. Krishna who was falsely accused of stealing it, went in search of the jewel and reached jambavan's cave. There both of them fought and when Jambavan realises that Krishna is none other than his beloved Sri Rama, he asks forgiveness and gives his daughter jambavati in marriage to Sri Krishna. This place is in serene surroundings. Going into the cave is a little precarious. Specially if there is no current. When we went, the lights didn't work so had to go very carefully inside. Inside the cave, there is place to walk and there are many shivalingas. The overall experience is beautiful.
