Top 10 Things to do in Pimlico, England

October 28, 2021 Brain Ambrose

The crown jewels, Buckingham Palace, Camden Market…in London, history collides with art, fashion, food, and good British ale. A perfect day is different for everyone: culture aficionados shouldn't miss the Tate Modern and the Royal Opera House. If you love fashion, Oxford Street has shopping galore. For foodies, cream tea at Harrod’s or crispy fish from a proper chippy offers classic London flavor. Music and book buffs will love seeing Abbey Road and the Sherlock Holmes Museum (at 221B Baker Street, of course).

Wonderful art gallery, so much to see. Particular favourites are Stanley Spencer’s Resurrection at Cookham and Pre-Raphaelite/Victorians. Dates in the floor in each room mean you can walk through the timeline of art history and there’s usually a modern art exhibition going on there too. A real treat to visit here!

Wow what a show. Cannot recommend it enough. Unbelievably talented cast was absolutely blown away by the two leads. Ticket prices were good too £50 for two seats in the dress easy to collect from box office. If you are in London go see this show it’s cheaper than a night out in the capital.
