My wife and I went to see an old movie here. Great experience. Cheap price, cheap popcorn, refurbished. Like you step back in time. The organist comes out of the stage. Awesome. We will go back.

This Church is remarkable. The stained glass windows are so well done with stories behind them. The structure is art in itself. So many events take place here because the atmosphere is calm yet there seems to be a wonderful energy there as well.. , "Mem Chu" is how the Memorial Church is referred to by most in the area. It is worth the trip to learn about the history that goes with it.

This 285-foot tower furnishes an outstanding view and houses the Hoover Institution on War, Revolution, and Peace.
Beautiful view of Stanford campus, Palo Alto and Sam Francisco bay from top of the tower. Very nice experience on a clear day. No lines usually. Definitely stop by if on campus, great pictures!

This beautiful garden in the midst of a town is testimony to the legacy of the same name who had vision for it . The old mansion and surrounding garden is well spreadout in vegetables , flowers and the charming pockets of enclosures created for seating in various places . Opens at 8 am , no entree fee . No food / coffee available here .,

Well...I LOVE Stanford Shopping Center! First off, it’s in Palo Alto and a perfect “warm up” or “cool down” to University Ave! Doing both...takes us most of the day. Stanford Shopping Center has 150 upscale Stores for your shopping pleasure, Shaub’s Meat Market, Sigonas Farmers Market, a nice selection of eateries from upscale to fast food...depending on your mood or budget, Water features, Fire features, plenty of seating areas with “charging poles” to plug in your depleted Phone batteries, and plants in bloom virtually all year round. Mall Security keeps a visual presence (at one point...a ROBOT MALL SECURITY Patrol Officer, kinda looked like an egg!) so you feel relatively secure and lots of parking. All in all, from a Shopping Center, “who could ask for anything more”...isn’t that a jingle?! From the Fashion OUTRAGEOUS to the Fashion SUBLIME it’s all here at the Stanford Shopping Center. In this Reviewer’s opinion...for it’s wonderful variety of Shops, it’s plethoras of Eateries, Presentation and Cleanliness, on this and many prior occasions, Stanford Shopping Center has truly earned this “highly recommend” 5 Point review!

Real awesome hidden spot that not many people now about. Great place for a walk, run and watching birds, sunsets, Mountain, and just be in nature. Feels so remote yet it is walkable from Mountain View or Palo Alto. Keep it clean and quiet please.

The Center presents a wide selection of art in 24 galleries, plus outdoor gardens, courtyards, and terraces. The Center's collection spans 5000 years and ranges from ancient China to the 21st century.
Perhaps the world’s best Rodin collection, including a lovely sculpture garden and fascinating Asian art collections.

Easy trail with gentle changes in elevation. Refreshing to gain perspective on the surroundings and wonder about all the exchanges of information going on among those satellites!!

Hewlett and Packard started their business in this garage.
A spot with historical meaning and unique impact on the modern digital history in Silicon Valley. Not easy to find though.
