Intimate seating, you feel 'into the show' even if you are in the back row. Amphitheater style seating. Great little bar outside the theater where you can sit prior to the show. Refreshments are allowed in the theater but of course, be mindful to pick them up on your way out. I've really enjoyed the plays put on here, great casts - very friendly box office/refreshment personnel. Perfect off the beaten path theater for a night out in Cozy Anoka!

The entrance on Rockford Road is closed. Construction from Rockford Road to the Recreation Building including parking lot and playground.
The walking paths and lake access is still open.
Beware the goose droppings! Even after a 4" rainfall the walks along the lake were still covered in droppings.

This is the largest park in the Three Rivers Park District at 4900 acres. Mountain bike trails, paved bike trails, walking and horseback riding trails, off-leash dog park with swimming pond, picnic areas, swim beach, disc golf, cross country ski trails, downhill and snow tubing, chalet, etc. If it involves outdoor fun, this is your destination!

If you want a great value with high quality productions, direction and acting, you must check out Yellow Tree Theatre. They have had better productions and performances than other theatres in the marketplace. The Twin Cities is filled with 80 or more high quality theatres and this one is definitely in the top 3. You will love the cozy atmosphere, intimate seating so every seat in the house is a good seat!

nice stop on the the regional trail bike corridor. Small public area has clean restrooms, as well as machines for snacks. Several times, we have encountered volunteers with high powered telescopes showing the visitors great views of nesting eagles, etc. I particularly like standing on the wide, breezy bridge over the river, connecting the park areas on either shore of the Mississippi river. It is wide, allowing you to linger and enjoy the cool mist arising from the water, and being mesmerized by the rushing, bubbling water, and the roar of the dam.
Also, the Park offers summer programs for kids, exploring the wild, fishing, art, etc.

We took an adventure to the dam and walked around for about an hour. The grandchildren loved watching the water flow over the dam and crash below. It was a good way to spend time together. The bike and walking paths are great!

This park has plenty of trees and picnic areas with bar-b-ques. There is a nice sandy beach that is shallow enough for small children to play in. There are showers and bathrooms. You can also rent paddle boats, boards for a very reasonable prices. Park was well maintained and clean and safe. Nice place to spend a day.

I haven’t been bowling in forever when a coworker and her family asked me to go. I was impressed with the size of the facility; I wasn’t expecting it to be there. The employees were very friendly and engaging, anything we needed they were easy to find and quick to help. The lanes were pretty good and they had a good selection of rental shoe sizes and ball sizes. We ordered the sampler platter and everyone was very pleased. They were actually out of one of the items and showed excellent customer service by making up for it with something else that everyone liked. There is a lot of games for kids, and laser tag (which we did not get to do this time). On the game side, customer service wasn’t nearly as good but it was very clean. We had a great time, and will be back again the next time I am in town. The only drawback, as is in any facility like this, unsupervised teenagers who have been dropped of by their parents. They were no bad, but Management should keep an eye out that they do not run paying customers out.
