Lingering over pain au chocolat in a sidewalk café, relaxing after a day of strolling along the Seine and marveling at icons like the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe… the perfect Paris experience combines leisure and liveliness with enough time to savor both an exquisite meal and exhibits at the Louvre. Awaken your spirit at Notre Dame, bargain hunt at the Marché aux Puces de Montreuil or for goodies at the Marché Biologique Raspail, then cap it all off with a risqué show at the Moulin Rouge.

An unconventional Paris gallery and art space in Montparnasse offers a selection of original works for sale – for the most part oils, but also gouaches, watercolours and prints – by artists frequently listed in art encyclopaedias and books. The unique selection features 19th and 20th century figurative and abstract works of high pictorial quality that are in good condition and affordable.

A small art museum located in the former home of Russian sculptor Ossip Zadkine.
After listening to my friend who raved about this little museum, I decided to pay a visit and I am so happy I did so. Mostly the museum hosts Zadkine's sculptures (no drawings) There is the possibility of a self guided audio tour that was quite informative. The entry was free and the audio guide was 5 euros. Because it's off the beaten path, they were only a few visitors during our visit which made it even more pleasant. Definitely worth visiting.
