I love this place and the owners and the guys, gals and pooches that frequent the Ink Spot Fantastic drinks from pale ales, lagers , ciders, wine and spirits I was introduced to Ale here and I love the different tastes I get to experience..... Newbiggin Maritime Centre

Just the kind of establishment a place like Newbiggin needs. A good local museum with well-labelled and well-displayed artefacts concerning local history. Modern, functional, bright and breezy building. Good value cafe Great views of the beach And, best of all, friendly, helpful and well-informed staff. Certainly worth a drop in on the way to/from the more well-known attractions of the Northumbrian coast.

Newbiggin is a quiet unspoilt seaside village with a nice promenade and superb sandy beach - well worth a visit.
