Super polite staff members and well thought-out exhibitions. There was a large screen cinema which showed not only a film about Shirakami Moutain Range, but also Tiny Giants 3D produced by BBC. The cinema was almost like an unexpected IMAX theatre in a remote village at the entrance of one of two UNESCO World Heritage sites in Japan.
