During our wine tasting events, in the winery show room located in Montebelluna where our family house is, Prosecco is offered with local cured meats and cheeses or vegetarian dishes. The line includes: “CATERINA” Prosecco Asolo Docg extra dry and “CLARA” Prosecco in its brut version, “FONDANTE zero.1” a semi-sparkling on the lees, commonly known as Sur lie, and a white sparkling “GANZO fondante” following the Ancestral Classic Method (fondante style means that second fermentation takes place directly in the bottle, where the wine continues its natural and spontaneous evolution), a technique used since the late 1800s.
