Medicine Park is a town in Comanche County, Oklahoma, United States, situated in the Wichita Mountains near the entrance to the 60,000-acre (240 km) Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge. Medicine Park has a long history as a vintage cobblestone resort town. Medicine Park is located near the city of Lawton and Fort Sill. It is an exurb, part of the Lawton Metropolitan Statistical Area. We only spent an afternoon here, but I can't wait to come back. There are lots of cute little shops. The lake is beautiful! The historic buildings are really quaint! A great spot while traveling through OK!

Imagine an aviation museum with a hundred aircraft then imagine an equal number of artillery and tanks. That is the fort sill artillery museum. A varied collection dating to Civil war
Plus an atomic missile that was never used against the Nazis.
The outdoor collection is complimented by an indoor collection.

It was a nice place but definitely not a must see. They had many different varieties of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. I wasn't very impressed with their spice collection. Was able to walk away without a purchase.Sorry to hear you didn't like our selection of spices. We are working on getting more spices in the near future and invite you to come back. We appreciate the feedback.

Take the time to visit here...the chapel is so cute and quaint. They have a great Easter pageant. We found the schedule in the gift shop with days and times.

We were looking for a place to fish AND swim to meet the needs of our family. We had a great time at the nearby Wichita Refuge hiking and fishing, but swimming isn't permitted. We had a great time swimming at my daughter's in Lawton, OK, but no fishing at her place.
Bath Lake has a beautiful swimming hole for $2 a person in a quaint little town! There is fishing on either side of the swimming area. The perfect spot to meet everyone's needs for the day. We were able to go back and forth between fishing and swimming. We brought a picnic lunch and also purchased $3 sno-cones at the snack stand for the perfect afternoon.
The only reason I did not give this place five stars is because the geese bite and there is no warning of that! I got bit and I observed several others get bit throughout the day. Once you know that (and how to avoid it), you can have a great day! Do not go towards the area the geese are in. Once they move to another place, you can go where they were. They see you as a threat if you approach their general vicinity. Scenery is beautiful and picture worthy.

This small shop is a great little destination. Mary the owner is a real gem. Everything is the shop is individually hand made!! She not only makes custom cards and invitations, she hand paints cards right in the shop!! She has cool handmade purses, jewelry, bags, magnets, toys, aprons and stuff in addition to custom cards and one of a kind invitations and illustrations. She is an artist of high quality!
You can order on-line or in the shop. It is small, but it is a must see. An real oasis in the idle of Medicine Park.

The Mason Jar has relocated inside The Plantation Café. Still has the unique items as when they were in a freestanding store. Great place to grab a quick convenient gift for a loved one OR yourself.

A lovely place to visit while in the Medicine Park area! A nice variety of indigenous Oklahoma fish, with fun facts and information. We enjoyed feeding the turtles! Has a small gift shop, with cold drinks available. Lovely views! Worth the visit!

We almost missed this place as we started in to the Wichita Wildlife Refuge; signage was lacking. What wasn’t lacking was the quality and great designs of merchandise. It’s a rather small store but you can find something for everyone at reasonable prices. Owners were helpful and friendly. It was a honor to purchase our matching Oklahoma sweatshirts from these folks.
