Sunflowers Animal Farm is an interactive, hands-on farm animal display with over 300 mainly farm animals. They are all very friendly because people feed them all day! Entry is $11, buckets of animal food are $3 and we are open every day (except Christmas Day) from 9am to 5pm. We have lots of baby animals that you can cuddle and also native animals like kangaroos and an emu. Have a conversation with Pommy the talking bird! Visitors can help give a bottle of milk to our orphan babies every day at 10am and 4pm.Staying overnight at Sunflowers Farmstay also gives your family free entry to the Animal Farm, free buckets of animal food for the children twice a day, a daily pony ride for kids under 7, free DVDs and a tractor ride for the whole family roughly every 2nd day.

Our winemaker and owner, Jeremy Gordon believes that his success lies in a hands-on approach to every step of the process, attention to detail and an unquenchable passion for making consistently outstanding wines. This philosophy has seen Jeremy receive numerous awards throughout his career including Australia's most coveted award, the Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy. Since launching in 2009, the wines of Amelia Park have been quick to make their mark, winning trophies at the London International Wine Competition, Decanter World Wine Awards, the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition, the National Wine Show of Australia, the Margaret River Wine Show, the Perth Royal Wine Show, the Qantas Wine Show and the Winewise Championships. Amelia Park was again awarded 5 Red Stars in the latest edition of James Halliday's Wine Companion. This award confirms Amelia Park on the list of the Best Wineries in the Margaret River Region and in the top 5% of wineries in Australia. Family owned, Leeuwin Estate, one of the five founding wineries of the now famous Margaret River district of Western Australia, is under the direction of two generations who work with a team of highly skilled winemakers to consistently produce wines ranking alongside the world’s finest. In 1972, legendary Napa Valley winemaker, Robert Mondavi, identified the future site of the Leeuwin vineyard as being ideal for the production of premium wine and provided early mentorship to Denis and Tricia Horgan in the transformation of their cattle farm into Leeuwin Estate. Enjoying its first commercial vintage in 1979, Leeuwin was thrust into the international spotlight when Decanter Magazine gave its highest recommendation to the 1981 “Art Series” Chardonnay. Celebrating the combination of fine wine, food, art and music, Leeuwin features an award winning restaurant, cellardoor and art gallery. The Leeuwin Restaurant is open Friday - Monday.
