Staples Apples is a apple and cherry orchard located in the beautiful hills of Main Ridge located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. Buy fresh apples all through the year and cherries during December and January. Staples Apples is close to wineries, beaches, golf courses and the townships of Red Hill, Dromana and Rosebud
We return to Staples Apples every year, the apples are awesome and if you're lucky enough to visit during cherry season, you won't be disappointed! The staff are ALWAYS welcoming and friendly and the selection of fruit is 10/10! Keep it up Staples!

Myrtaceae is a small family run winery. Their wines are all quite lovely, and they were accompanied by a charcuterie board that was very tasty and a perfect complement to the wine. One of the owners served us - she was a warm and welcoming host and very kindly explained the background and history of the winery and the area. The surrounding vines and garden present a peaceful setting that made our experience very easy to enjoy. I would very much recommend Myrtaceae.

Main Ridge Dairy is a goat dairy and farmhouse cheesery. We offer cheese tastings, platters, local wine, tea and coffee and dairy tours some Saturdays (bookings essential). Milking 200 goats on our 130 acre farm, our girls are all named and well cared for. Our dairy was built to be gentle on the milk and all this effort results in beautiful sweet milk of the highest quality. After milking our fresh milk is turned into a range of handcrafted cheeses all produced on the property. Our cheeses include a fresh delicate curd, gooey and decadent white mould, an aged table cheese with a nutty sweet flavor and our very hard to resist award winning marinated chevre (Gold Medal Melbourne Specialist Cheese Show).

Our cellar door and pizzeria is nestled in the hills of the Mornington Peninsula, only an hour's drive from Melbourne. A classic spot on the Peninsula, we're as famous for our wood-fired pizza as we are for pioneering Pinot Gris and Grigio in Australia. Open from Friday-Monday for lunch and wine tastings, our rambling outdoor piazza has plenty of tables for groups large and small to breathe in the vineyard views. Our piazza really comes alive on the weekends with the sounds of music and laughter as friends catch up over a wine and some pizza while enjoying our rotating line-up of local musicians. Our savvy team are always on hand to take you through our lively selection of food-friendly wine. Beyond the Gris and Grigio, we produce an interesting array of sparkling Moscato and Prosecco, crisp rose and fruit-forward pinot. We're designed as a walk-in venue with plenty of seating options for large groups. We hope to see you soon!
I purchased a Groupon for 4 people for lunch at T'Gallant, which included a wine tasting, a pizza, a salad, a glass of wine and a take home can of Prosecco. It was great value, however, I didn't expect too much as it was a very reasonably priced deal. Well, we were all very impressed. The pizzas were gourmet, the wine was beautiful, especially the Pinot Grigio, the staff were also amazing. To top all this off, there was live music. I highly recommend you visit T'Gallant Winery and you must ask for Gary & Domino to be your waiting staff. Nothing was too much for them, they were fun to be with, and professional at the same time.

For generations, our Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm has been one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most iconic and loved attractions. Set amongst scenic bushland and rolling hills on Victoria’s Hinterland property in Main Ridge, we invite you to explore the harvest fields and pick your own strawberries or simply enjoy a delicious dessert in our newly refurbished cafe. We are currently open 7 days per week, 9am-5pm.
So happy to report that our experience, on Saturday morning was totally opposite to the reviews posted here, by disappointed customers, in December. We arrived at 9.15 a.m and got the last car park, in the main car park area. We walked through the outside, spacious, cafe, (already half full of people having breakfast) and admired the plates adorned with various delectable looking treats, including generous servings of strawberries! We adhered to our plan and headed straight to the strawberry fields. We were given a very cheery welcome by the cashier and all other staff members were pleasant too. There were, I'm guessing about 40 people/ children in the big field, with an abundance of huge, red, ripe strawberries!! My advice is go early. It was busier than I had expected but the atmosphere was happy and peaceful, with everyone enjoying themselves. Oh, and just an added bonus, the strawberries have to be tasted to be believed at how juicy, luscious and totally addictive they are. Such a lovely experience. Thankyou Sunny Ridge. We will be back!!! Oh, get the littlies to wear gummies or at least have somewhere to put the muddy shoes and something to clean the muddy little toes!!
