The windy city is a cornucopia of modern art, fine dining, cutting edge comedy, and die-hard sports fans. Snap a photo of your reflection in the silver Cloud Gate sculpture at Millennium Park before heading to Grant Park to get hit with the refreshing spray of Buckingham Fountain. There are dozens of museums and theater companies in Chicago, so a cultural experience is never hard to find. You’re sure to laugh your head off at the Second City Theater, the professional launch pad of many famous comedians.

Rosa's Lounge operates in the hallowed tradition of Chicago blues lounges, family owned and operated by an Italian immigrant who came to Chicago three decades ago.
Rosa's is doing a fabulous job of bringing live music to the fans while keeping you safe in these COVID times. Temperature check and questionnaire at the front door; masks required to enter and while walking within and while talking to anyone but your immediate party. Tables are socially distanced. Even the musicians, except those singing or playing an instrument by mouth, are required to mask up! And if this is the only way to experience live music during these times, then we are happy to mask up here!! And the music was awesome...Tom Holland and the Shuffle Kings!! Thanks for a fun evening!!

We do tours of wineries and breweries around Chicago and beyond. We travel in a 10 passenger air-conditioned van and stop for photos and places of interest along the way. We include lunch and tasting fees on all our tours. We enjoy working with clients planning a private tour and who desire a customized experience. We have been in business since 2012.

Chicago Distilling Company is a family owned and operated Craft Distillery in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. We offer tours, tastings, cocktails and bottles for sale of each of our spirits hand crafted and aged on site. We are open Thursday - Saturday at 5pm and select Sundays.
Got there early for a tour on Valentine's Day, tour was booked solid so the place was lively. Got two cocktails while chatting with the helpful and informative bartenders, both were excellent. Very focused on their amazing spirits and really showcasing what they are doing at Chicago Distilling Company! Had a draft cocktail just before the tour began, also great, a really neat idea born of marketing but wonderfully executed. Next the tour, Master Brewer Johnathon gave us all the information one could want on distilling in this amazing space and even though the tour was packed with folks he managed it well. Super informative and educational, I had an amazing time. Tastings during the tour sealed the deal for me on whether I'd be taking some of their wares home (3 bottles and I'll be back) and really highlighted the amazing products they are making. If you like gin, bourbon or rye then you'd be doing yourself a disservice walking past this place and not getting a drink. Straight up their rye may be the best I have ever had. In a cocktail it was alao wonderful (had it in the rye focused sazerac and it as a winner). A true gem of the city and the neighborhood, I look forward to returning some time soon and will make it a regular stop if I have guests or visitors even slightly interested in distilling!

Chicago scooter rentals from Ride Chicago are a great way to discover the city. We rent Honda Ruckus 50cc scooters by the day. All rentals come with a tutorial from one of our trained motorcycle instructors. We provide a helmet that will fit under the scooter seat. It is required for you to wear eye protection (sunglasses, etc) when scooting.
This class teaches you a lot about riding and I highly recommend it for new riders you learn a lot and it’s a good environment

We visited with our neighbors around 6pm on a Saturday night. The bar was pleasantly uncrowded at that hour. Loved the retro vibe. Our friends had reserved one of the two bowling alleys for us, and we had a great time playing a couple of rounds! The alleys are short and bowling balls mini, but it's super fun. The staff was very helpful with instructions and on the one occasion the pins got stuck. Most importantly, the cocktails were delicious! The menu has a fun, old-Wisconsin-supper-club vibe to it, with some very cool twists on classic cocktails, shaken and stirred. We enjoyed every drink that we ordered, including--indulgently--an ice cream-based drink to finish our visit. Service was knowledgeable, attentive, and fun. A great spot--would definitely return!
