Ah, the Trillium; it's a great place to spend a couple of hours, at the movies. The theatre is nice, and the staff is efficient, too!. Of course we enjoy the popcorn and diet coke, since it's our movie "comfort" food! The parking is handy, and the seats are comfortable.
Glad to have a nice theatre in our area!

There is something to be said about cider and donuts. There is A lot of stuff for the kids to do. They like picking their own pumpkins. We come here in the summer to pick berries also. Fun time.

What a beautiful cemetery for all of our servicemen! It is very well cared for and offers the most dignified setting ever! Just love it! One thing though that seems odd is that not all of the headstones contain darkened letters that are legible. Some have been left unpainted and this should be uniform for all of the sections, in my opinion.

This is the most historic building in the town of Linden, Mi. This building is the reason that this town exists in this location. The water-powered mill (and the millpond) is very scenic. There is a nice park across from the mill with a band shelter for summer concerts.

My friend and I like to try a different Cider Mill each year. So we drove out to Parshallvile Cider Mill. They have good size parking lot where you go for a short walk over a wooden bridge to see a lovely setting among the creek, trees and Grist Mill. The was not very long here. After a short 15 to 20 minute wait we got inside and ordered our cider and donuts. The donuts are smaller here but they are delicious. Crispy on the outside moist on the inside. They also sell pies, spreads and preserves. This is a historical site as they have a sign outside to tell the history of the place. Picnic tables, benches are available in Park like setting on the side of the building. A band was playing music when we first got there. Nice touch.
Take a relaxing step back into time by paying this Grist Mill a visit.

I have played the preserve several times very scenic with different elevated tees and greens.course is much like northern michigan courses.many trees Always well taken care of. This is a challenging golf course but we'll worth it. Prices are $30-45 depends on time and day. Would recommend.

Located in the charming little town of Linden Michigan, the Serendipity Day Spa is located in what appears to be a historic home, with some modern upgrades to create an outstanding atmposphere.
Been here a few times for couples massage which was outstanding. They also do manicures, pedicures and facials. You really should check them out. When your done drive up the road to Fenton for a lunch/dinner with your sweet heart.
Serendipity also serves alcohol so while your getting your fingers or toes done you can enjoy an adult beverage. I could see that a bridal party could also have a good time here.
Well worth the trip, and your certainly worth the pampering.

Have gone here a few times and taken friends with me. This is a paradise for flower lovers. Tiers of gardens, beauty, a symphony for the nose. Could spend hours touring the gardens. Then you step in to the gift shop and more hours are needed to see everything. One of my favorite destinations every summer.

When I want to get away to somewhere peaceful, Seven Lakes State Park is one of the first places that comes to mind. I like the setting on a lake with lots of trails, picnic areas, a boat launch and canoe rentals.

You can find more challenging golf courses, courses with higher green fees, fancier clubhouses, or ones with caddies, GPS carts, or limited tee times for public play. But if you're looking for a well maintained course at a reasonable price that you'll want to play over and over again, check out Tyrone Hills.
