After a solid day of rain in Provence, sightings of blue skies meant we had chance to taste what the region has to offer. The staff at the Chateau was welcoming. There are two tours of the vineyard to take - a long and short. We had a chance to walk and look about the different varietals and walk along the olive grove. The walks can take from 40 to 90 minutes, so make sure you have your camera with you. A guide book from the tasting centre will inform you as you walk along; it is a wonderful introduction to wine growing in the area. When we finished, we had a tasting from a lovely woman who was pleasantly animated about the wines. If you like olive oil, their oil is wonderful. A lovely visit in a little piece of Provence.

Masterpiece of the Renaissance in Provence, the Château de la Tour d'Aigues is located at the foot of the Luberon Mountains. His plans inspired the largest castles in the Ile de France (the Louvre, Ecouen, Anet) and the elegant proportions of its facades deserve to have some attention. In the restored rooms, discover the pottery of the Tour d'Aigues: partially preserved pavement of the French Renaissance, decorated with white tiles or outputs of the factory of Baron JB.J Bruny (owner of the castle in the Enlightenment) Imagine what was the past splendor of this building ... We offer rental packages "à la carte", suitable for all types of events: seminars, meetings, trainings, conferences, parties ... The courtyard, terrace and rooms of the castle can host events from 10 to 800 people. The Castle team brings to every request quickly and creative response to customized services in an exceptional setting.
